Virtual Assistant (US Coordination)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Virtual Assistant to support our COO (based in the US) while ensuring smooth coordination between teams in Pakistan and the US. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience with data entry and CRM systems, and the ability to manage tasks efficiently across different time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a virtual point of contact between the COO and internal teams across the US and Pakistan
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate follow-ups across time zones
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain records in CRM systems
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and proper documentation of business activities
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and updates for management
  • Track tasks, deadlines, and ensure timely completion
  • Handle email correspondence and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
  • Assist with administrative and operational tasks as required
  • Identify inefficiencies in processes and suggest improvements

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
  • Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work in US time zones when required
  • Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Workspace
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach

Preferred:

  • Experience working with international teams, especially US-based stakeholders
  • Familiarity with business operations, reporting, and data management

Working Hours:
12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
