Position: Virtual Banking Supervisor
Location: Mandan, North Dakota

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct daily operations of the Digital & Phone Banking Center
• Ensure quality customer service standards are met
• Support Virtual Bankers’ growth and development
• Achieve assigned metrics and goals
• Manage team to maximize productivity and efficiency
• Provide sales and financial direction for virtual banking
• Address and resolve complex customer service issues
• Perform tasks requiring supervisor-level approvals
• Recruit, orientate, and train team members to deliver Starion service standards
• Build new and maintain existing customer relationships
• Present bank products and services effectively to maintain profitable customer relationships
• Transfer knowledge of digital banking solutions to team members
Occasionally take incoming phone calls and process transactions to maintain high customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• At least five years of similar or related experience
• Preferred experience in a call center or customer service-focused setting
• Understanding of standard bank products and services, including digital banking solutions
Ability to assist customers in multiple languages is a plus
