Stello Products, Inc., a leading sign manufacturer since 1959, is seeking a meticulous and organised Virtual Bookkeeper to join our team. This is a Full-Time remote position, ideal for a self-motivated professional dedicated to maintaining the financial integrity of our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our day-to-day accounting and finance requirements, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up-to-date. This role is crucial to the smooth operation of our organisation as we continue our commitment to quality and service in the signage industry.

Job Title: Virtual Bookkeeper
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Remote (Cincinnati, Ohio, United States)
Salary: $25.00 - $35.00 USD per hour

Responsibilities
* Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
* Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner.
* Conduct regular bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
* Prepare and maintain key financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements.
* Process company payroll and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
* Maintain the general ledger and all financial records in an organised and accessible manner.
* Assist with the preparation of tax forms and support year-end financial closing.
* Provide administrative support to the finance department as required.

Qualifications
* Proven experience working as a bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.
* Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
* Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office, especially Excel.
* Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A relevant qualification or degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration is preferred.
