Virtual Lettings Negotiator (Remote)

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Virtual Lettings Negotiator to join our growing property team. This role is fully remote and requires excellent communication, relationship-building skills, and the ability to close deals confidently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming tenant and landlord enquiries

- Conduct virtual viewings and follow up with potential tenants

- Negotiate offers and ensure smooth lettings process

- Maintain CRM records and update property listings

- Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants

- Meet weekly and monthly targets to maximize earnings

Requirements:

- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)

- Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality

- Prior experience in real estate, sales, customer service, or VA roles is a plus

- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently

- Stable internet connection and a professional work setup
