Virtual Medical Assistant (Office-Based, Night Shift)

MediFier Solutions is expanding! We are a trusted provider of Virtual Medical Assistant and Medical Billing services, helping healthcare professionals streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance patient care.

We’re looking for a Virtual Medical Assistant to join our team in an in-office role ( ABSOLUTELY NO REMOTE ).

NOTE: WE DON'T HIRE "DOCTORS"

Role Overview

As a Virtual Medical Assistant, you will:

• Manage and maintain medical records with accuracy
• Assist with patient care and communication
• Apply medical terminology in daily operations
• Support medical office workflows and provider coordination
• Handle insurance verification and related administrative tasks

Qualifications

We’re seeking candidates with:

• Proficiency in medical assisting and terminology
• Experience in managing medical records
• Strong patient care and communication skills
• Familiarity with medical office operations
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Certification/diploma in Medical Assisting or related field (preferred)
• Prior healthcare experience (beneficial)

Compensation & Schedule

• Salary: 120,000 – 140,000
• Timings: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (or 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
• Location: Strictly office-based
