Virtual Medical Assistant (VMA) – US Healthcare | Coimbatore

Job Description

We are hiring Virtual Medical Assistants in Coimbatore for US healthcare processes. This role is open to freshers with a medical education background who are interested in building a career in US healthcare support and clinical administration.

The Virtual Medical Assistant will support US doctors and healthcare providers with backend clinical and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist US physicians with non-clinical medical support tasks
• Update and maintain patient records in EMR/EHR systems
• Handle appointment scheduling and follow-ups
• Review medical documents and patient information
• Perform data entry and basic medical documentation
• Coordinate with healthcare teams as per process requirements

Eligibility Criteria

• Fresher candidates are welcome
• Educational background in D.Pharm, B.Pharm, Nursing, or related medical studies (Mandatory)
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology
• Good communication skills (English)
• Willingness to work in night shift (US timings)

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with US healthcare processes (added advantage)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Willingness to learn US healthcare workflows

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
