Job Overview

HK Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented and highly proficient Virtual Medical Scribe to support U.S.-based healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will assist physicians by documenting patient encounters, updating electronic health records (EHR), and ensuring accurate medical documentation in real time.

This position is ideal for candidates interested in healthcare operations, medical documentation, and clinical support. The most important requirement for this role is outstanding English communication and comprehension skills, as you will be working closely with healthcare providers in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently during physician consultations.
• Create and maintain detailed clinical notes within Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
• Record patient histories, examinations, diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up instructions.
• Review medical documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Assist healthcare providers with chart preparation and documentation workflows.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with healthcare privacy standards.
• Ensure all documentation is completed within established quality standards and timelines.

Required Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong listening, comprehension, and note-taking abilities.
• Ability to understand and document medical conversations accurately.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong typing and computer skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Willingness to work onsite during the USA night shift.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in Pharm-D, DPT, Nursing, Biotechnology, Medical Laboratory Technology, Psychology, or other healthcare-related disciplines.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare documentation.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) systems is a plus.
• Previous experience as a Medical Scribe, Medical Virtual Assistant, Medical Biller, or Healthcare Support Representative is preferred but not required.

This is a permanent onsite USA night-shift position (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM). Applicants must have strong English communication skills and be available to work during these hours.

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
