Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Virtual Product Presentation Specialist who can deliver high-impact live online demonstrations of Classess® products to school leaders, teachers, consultants, and decision-makers.
Your goal is to communicate value with clarity, highlight product benefits, and convert interest into qualified leads.

This role is ideal for someone who understands education workflows, can simplify complex AI-powered features, and can engage audiences with confidence and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities1. Live Virtual Presentations & Demos

  • Conduct live online product presentations (Zoom/Google Meet) for schools, educators, and channel partners.
  • Explain Classess® features, benefits, and use cases tailored to CBSE, ICSE, IB, Cambridge, and State Boards.
  • Showcase AI-driven modules like Vidya, ClassGPT, 100+ Agents, Auto-Evaluation, Fee Management, Selll, Calll, Feenance, etc.
  • Deliver structured demos that highlight value, outcomes, and ROI for schools.

2. Audience Engagement & Interaction

  • Engage participants with Q&A, polls, and interactive walkthroughs.
  • Understand customer pain points and map them to relevant Classess® solutions.
  • Personalize demonstrations based on the audience (teachers vs principals vs owners).

3. Lead Generation & Conversion Support

  • Capture interest, qualify leads based on need and readiness.
  • Maintain follow-up notes for the sales team.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for scheduling deeper product walkthroughs.

4. Product Mastery

  • Stay updated on all Classess® modules, AI agents, upcoming launches, and use-case success stories.
  • Provide user feedback to the product team based on demo interactions.

5. Communication & Reporting

  • Share daily/weekly reports on demos conducted, leads generated, and key insights.
  • Prepare demo scripts, FAQs, and presentation assets in collaboration with marketing.

Skills & QualificationsEssential

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Experience conducting virtual demos, webinars, or product training.
  • Familiarity with EdTech / K–12 school processes and pain points.

Preferred

  • Experience in SaaS, EdTech, academic ERP, LMS, or AI-driven products.
  • Background in teaching, training, or academic consulting is an advantage.
  • Comfort with tools like Google Meet, Zoom, Loom, Google Workspace, CRM systems.

Job Types: Part-time, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
