We are hiring a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Anoka, MN for a Leave Coverage position from 1/5/2026-2/9/2026.

Position Overview

• Role: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Location: Anoka, Minnesota
• District open to virtual BCBAs
• Full-time (37.5 paid hours per week)
• Leave of Absence Coverage: 1/5/2026-2/9/2026
• Consult and implement positive behavior interventions and supports for the students
• Conduct functional behavior assessments
• Collaborate with the Special Education team, related service providers, and families

Required Qualifications

• Valid Minnesota BCBA license
• Background check and drug screening required
• Experience teaching school-aged children with disabilities
• Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Rates: $55-60/hour
• W-2 employment
