Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Virtual/Direct Sales team to achieve booking targets.
- Handle high-value prospects and drive closures through virtual presentations.
- Monitor lead-to-booking conversion ratios and improve sales efficiency.
- Develop sales scripts, objection-handling strategies, and closing frameworks.
- Coordinate closely with Presales, Marketing, CRM, and Site Sales teams.
- Track pipeline, revenue forecasting, and daily performance MIS.
- Ensure proper CRM hygiene and follow-up discipline within the team.
- Participate in pricing discussions and offer structuring with management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in team handling and revenue target achievement.
- Strong closing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Experience in residential/plotting projects preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and CRM proficiency.
