Virtual/Direct Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Virtual/Direct Sales team to achieve booking targets.
  • Handle high-value prospects and drive closures through virtual presentations.
  • Monitor lead-to-booking conversion ratios and improve sales efficiency.
  • Develop sales scripts, objection-handling strategies, and closing frameworks.
  • Coordinate closely with Presales, Marketing, CRM, and Site Sales teams.
  • Track pipeline, revenue forecasting, and daily performance MIS.
  • Ensure proper CRM hygiene and follow-up discipline within the team.
  • Participate in pricing discussions and offer structuring with management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in team handling and revenue target achievement.
  • Strong closing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
  • Experience in residential/plotting projects preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and CRM proficiency.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
