Visa Consultant

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Visa Consultant to guide clients through visa applications and immigration processes. The role involves providing accurate advice, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and delivering exceptional client service throughout the visa journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on available visa options, eligibility criteria, and requirements.
• Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy and completeness of visa documentation.
• Liaise with embassies and relevant authorities as needed.
• Monitor application progress and keep clients informed of updates.
• Address client inquiries and maintain organized records.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred).
• Proven experience in visa processing or immigration consulting.
• Strong understanding of visa procedures across multiple countries.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems.
