Job Title: Investor Visa & Premium Residency Specialist

Location: KSA — On-site

Job Purpose

To manage the full lifecycle of Investor & Premium Residency visas and ensure a smooth, professional, and high-standard visa experience for investors, business partners, and high-profile guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end processing of Investor Visa & Premium Residency applications (submission, follow-up, approvals & issuance).
• Coordinate with embassies, consulates, MISA, SBC, Riyadh Chamber, MOFA and other government authorities.
• Verify and prepare documents including attestations, invitations, investment certificates, and sponsorship approvals .
• Track visa status and proactively manage timelines to avoid delays or lapses.
• Liaise with overseas visa agents to expedite applications and resolve documentation issues.
• Maintain accurate, confidential visa records and generate weekly/monthly visa tracking reports .
• Ensure all investor and VIP visa requests are handled with professionalism and high confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Visa Services / Government Relations / Immigration in KSA.
• Proven hands-on experience with Premium Residency (الإقامة المميزة) and Investor Visa cases.
• Strong working knowledge of platforms such as Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher, MISA, SBC, MOFA & Riyadh Chamber .
• Experience coordinating with embassies, consulates, and overseas visa agencies .
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus but not required).
