- Handle and process visa applications for individual and corporate clients.
- Review and verify all documents submitted by clients to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Provide clients with updated and accurate information on visa requirements, documentation, and processing timelines.
- Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and other authorities to ensure smooth visa processing.
- Maintain and update client files, visa tracking systems, and internal databases regularly.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client queries via email, phone, and in-person interactions.
- Ensure timely submission of visa applications within embassy/consulate deadlines.
- Stay informed about changes in visa regulations, immigration laws, and embassy procedures.
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.
- Provide operational support to the sales team where required.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience of 1-2 years in visa processing or travel operations (B2B/B2C).
- Strong knowledge of visa documentation and embassy/consulate procedures.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM systems.
- Team-oriented with a professional and proactive attitude.
