Key Job Responsibilities

  • Prospect and target new corporate clients (Mainland, Freezone, and Offshore companies) requiring bulk visa processing, trade license applications, and tender contract support.
  • Guide clients on the procedures for obtaining and renewing Trade Licenses from the Department of Economic Development (DED) and various Free Zone Authorities (e.g., DAFZA, JAFZA, DMCC).
  • Stay updated on frequent changes in UAE labor law (Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation - MOHRE), immigration policies (GDRFA & ICP), and Free Zone regulations to provide accurate consultancy.
  • Expertly advise clients on the specific requirements for UAE visa processes, including but not limited to employment visas, investor visas, and family sponsorship, in compliance with the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA).
  • Liaise with government typing centers, PROs (Public Relations Officers), and relevant authorities to facilitate smooth and timely processing of all applications.
  • Advise clients on immigration quota approvals and eligibility criteria set by MOHRE and respective Free Zones.

Qualifications & Skills We Are Looking For

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, or a similar B2B sales role. Experience in visa consulting, document clearing, or corporate services is a significant advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred.
  • Driving License is must.
