Visa processing Officer

We are hiring experienced and passionate Visa Processing Officers to join our team on a regular basis. You will specialize in handling visit visa applications for UK, USA, Canada, Australia and Schengen and work as a core team member in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation & Planning: Work with sales team to understand the client's travel needs and suggest the most suitable visa application strategy for them.
• Documentation Management: Organize the client's journey from start to finish, including providing checklists, assisting with paperwork completion, and ensuring all required supporting documents are available.
• Accuracy & Compliance: Ensure all applications are processed according to company procedures and government regulations. Reconfirm application details to guarantee accuracy at all levels.
• Expert Knowledge: Maintain expert knowledge of changing immigration laws, visa rules, fees, and processing systems.
• Information Support: Supply clients with all pertinent visa information, submission details, and necessary materials for their application.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Visa Consultant/Officer is our top priority.
• Great customer service skills and the ability to clearly explain complex rules.
• Strong knowledge of visa application systems, documentation, and processing procedures.
• Both Male & Female candidates are encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
