Visa Processing Officer (Umrah Department)

Position: Visa Processing Officer (Umrah Department)Salary:

Preference: B.com Immediate Scope of Work.      

Handle Umrah and Dubai visa applications (document receipt, upload and basic submission only).           

Receive documents from applicants and promptly acknowledge receipt.          

Check documents for clarity, validity, and completeness before submission.          

Enter data accurately into the system, following defined protocols and standards.       Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care (careless data entry can be costly).

Communication & Customer Handling           

Respond politely and patiently to applicants who call to ask about their application status.           

Provide timely, accurate updates on application progress as per company guidelines.

Time & Workload Management          

Ability to manage time effectively, especially during peak seasons when large volumes of applications may arrive.           

Must maintain accuracy and quality even under tight deadlines or high workload.⸻Growth & Future DevelopmentWe are looking for someone who will start at the data entry level but has the potential to grow:          

Path 1: Operations Management — Coordinating ground handling of Umrah pilgrims, handling complaints, issuing hotel confirmations, and following up with clients during their stay.        

Path 2: Visa Consultant — Handling more complex visa applications for destinations such as US, UK, etc., which require higher responsibility, better communication, and stronger client handling skills.

Qualities & Skills Required         

Highly responsible and detail-oriented; able to follow protocols precisely.      

Calm, polite, and patient under frequent customer interaction.        

Good written and spoken communication skills.     

Strong time-management and prioritization skills to handle fluctuating workloads.      Willingness to learn and handle more complex operational or visa tasks over time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month

• Visa Processing Officer (Umrah Department): 2 years (Preferred)
