Job Descriptions:
* Identify, target, and convert prospective clients to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
* Conduct comprehensive consultations with clients to evaluate their profiles, assess visa eligibility, and recommend the most appropriate visa pathways or immigration streams.
* Effectively manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing, ensuring regular follow-ups via phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
* Collaborate closely with the back-office documentation and processing teams to ensure a smooth transition of closed sales for application filing.
Requirements:
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Urdu.
* Proven experience in direct sales, tele-sales, or consultative selling, preferably within the visa.
* Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and drive decisions.
* Highly motivated by targets and commissions, with a resilient, self-driven approach to achieving commercial growth.
Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per month
