NEXO Services FZE LLC is a fast-growing UAE-based company providing business setup and visa services. We assist individuals and corporates in obtaining Schengen, UK, USA, Canada, Japan, and other international visas offering complete guidance from consultation to approval.

We are seeking a Visa Sales Officer who will focus on converting client inquiries into successful visa applications, achieving monthly targets, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert leads for visa and immigration services (Schengen, UK, USA, Canada, Japan, etc.).
• Provide expert consultation and build trust with clients to achieve sales conversions.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
• Prepare quotations, explain service packages, and follow up with potential clients.
• Coordinate with the processing team to ensure accurate and timely visa submissions.
• Maintain CRM records of client communications and payment updates.
• Keep up to date with embassy requirements and new visa programs to enhance sales discussions.
• Represent NEXO Services with professionalism and integrity in all client interactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in visa sales or travel services.
• Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills in English (Arabic or Hindi/Urdu a plus).
• Good understanding of visa categories and documentation requirements.
• Confident, self-motivated, and customer-oriented.
• Currently based in the UAE.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
