Visa Typist

Location: Abu Dhabi

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Visa Typist to manage all visa-related documentation and data entry processes for our company. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with UAE immigration systems, EID authority portals, and MOL (Ministry of Labour) applications. Accuracy, speed, and updated knowledge of UAE regulations are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and type all visa applications (new, renewal, cancellation) through UAE immigration portals.
• Handle Emirates ID applications, medical typing, and related government documentation.
• Process MOL applications and maintain compliance with UAE labour laws.
• Coordinate with internal PROs to ensure timely submission and collection of documents.
• Verify employee documents for accuracy before submission.
• Maintain proper records of all visa transactions and renewals.
• Track visa expiry dates and notify the HR department in advance.
• Ensure updated knowledge of immigration and labour regulation changes.
• Support HR with any administrative tasks related to employee onboarding/offboarding.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in UAE visa typing and EID processes.
• Strong knowledge of UAE immigration, ICA/AMER, and EID systems.
• Hands-on experience with MOL applications.
• Fast and accurate typing skills (Arabic typing is an advantage).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Abu Dhabi immigration systems (if applicable).
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
