The Department of Mathematics and Statistics at American University of Sharjah (AUS) is accepting applications for a one-year visiting position, scheduled to commence in August 2026. Applicants with strong research profiles in all areas of mathematics will be considered.

Job Qualifications

• Must hold a PhD in Mathematics or Applied Mathematics.
• Experience in North American style education.
• Evidence of excellence in teaching across all curriculum levels and strong communication skills in English.
• Active involvement in research with a strong record.
• Ability to collaborate with current faculty members on research projects is an advantage.
