This is a 12 months Contract role
The Visitor Operations Supervisor is responsible for the front of house operations to ensure visitors security, provisions and general comfort across the entire museum

Carry out processes and tasks as defined by the Visitor Operations Unit Head in supporting visitor experience activities for the unit.

Ensures the smooth running of the museum daily scheduled programme and that the activities are supported with appropriate resources planning.

Responsible for the visitor services agents and operators daily performance in their roles across the front of house services.

Ensure that the visitor services operators are fully briefed on all activities, programs and products that enhances the visitor experience.

Assists in the creation related policy, SOPs and quality compliance reporting in the operational aspects of the visitor experience.

Keeps records of SOPs and training documents for departmental activities in the required data management systems.

Contributes towards ensuring the optimum quality in levels of services and provides assessments, reports and recommendations to the Visitor Operations Unit Head as required.

Writes and edits the minutes and agendas of committee and project meetings, as and when needed.

Works closely with Technical department to relay any IT, infrastructure and health and safety observations.

Ensures VIP welcoming are well managed by agents, when applicable.

Management of own tasks and working collaboratively with staff from other departmental teams as required.
Key requirements:

Experience as an Visitor Supervisor
-
4 years post graduate experience
-
Fluency in Arabic, English and French
