About the Role

This is not a typical graphic design role.

We are looking for a Visual Communication Designer — someone who understands how to translate ideas into visuals that communicate clearly, attract attention, and drive action.

You won’t just be “making posts”.

You’ll be working on brand visuals, marketing creatives, and campaigns that directly impact how businesses grow.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Social media creatives (static & campaign-based)
• Ad creatives (performance marketing)
• Brand identity visuals & systems
• Website & landing page visuals
• Creative concepts for campaigns and content

What We’re Looking For

• Strong sense of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to simplify ideas visually (not just decorate)
• Understanding of marketing communication (design with purpose)
• Clean, modern, and consistent design style
• Ability to think in concepts and campaigns, not just single posts
• Attention to detail, spacing, and alignment

Bonus (Preferred but not mandatory)

• Experience working in a marketing or creative agency
• Understanding of ad creatives / performance marketing
• Basic motion or animation skills
• Experience with branding or identity design systems

Important:

We are not looking for template-based designers.

We are looking for designers who can think, communicate, and create meaningful visuals.
