About the Role
We’re looking for a Visual Communication Designer (Content Creator) who can bring our apparel and lifestyle brand’s story to life through powerful visuals and compelling storytelling. You’ll be the creative force behind our digital presence — crafting content that connects emotionally with our audience, strengthens brand identity, and drives engagement across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Design and produce engaging digital content for social media, website, email campaigns, and other digital platforms — including graphics, motion assets, short videos, and campaign creatives.
- Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives that express the brand’s values, lifestyle, and design philosophy through visual and written storytelling.
- Campaign Development: Collaborate with marketing, photography, and product teams to conceptualize and execute digital campaigns for new launches, collaborations, and brand moments.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain a strong visual and tonal identity across all content formats, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and aesthetics.
- Social Media Strategy Support: Ideate and create content tailored to platform trends (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.), optimizing for engagement and shareability.
- Web & E-commerce Content: Design product stories, banners, and lookbooks for the website and e-commerce platforms.
- Trend Research: Stay updated on design, digital, and cultural trends to keep brand communication fresh, relevant, and forward-thinking.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Media Arts, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in content creation, digital storytelling, or communication design (preferably in fashion, apparel, or lifestyle brands).
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital content, storytelling, and brand campaigns.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) or equivalent design tools.
- Experience with short-form video editing and motion graphics (Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.).
- Understanding of social media trends, digital aesthetics, and visual communication for lifestyle brands.
- Excellent communication and conceptual thinking skills — ability to translate brand values into creative narratives.
Nice-to-Have
- Photography, videography, or creative direction experience.
- Basic understanding of copywriting or content strategy.
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles for web content design.
