Position Overview:


We are looking for a Junior Content Writer + Social Media Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have strong writing skills, creativity, and a basic understanding of social media trends. This role involves creating high-quality content, managing social media platforms, and supporting digital marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and engagement .


Key Responsibilities:


  • Write clear, engaging, and SEO-friendly content for blogs, website, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
  • Develop and manage content calendars for multiple social media platforms.
  • Create and schedule posts to increase engagement and audience growth.
  • Responsible for organizing and managing small internal events and campaigns other engagement activities.
  • Responsible for informing the team about upcoming events and suggesting relevant content ideas.
  • Responsible for planning, coordinating, and hosting small in-house events and celebrations.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new content ideas and campaigns.
  • Track and report on content and social media performance.


Minimum Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in content writing and social media management.
  • Confident in hosting and coordinating company events and engagement activities.
  • Strong command of English with excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing trends.
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter).
  • Ability to create engaging posts, visuals, and captions tailored to different audiences.
  • Proficiency in using tools like Canva, Filmora is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
