The Visual Content Coordinator position partners closely with the marketing team to elevate visual communications across digital and print materials. This role is responsible for designing compelling layouts, graphics, infographics, and illustrations that turn complex or text-heavy content into clear, engaging, and visually impactful messaging all while maintaining Skanska brand standards. The position works with a degree of independence in executing assigned projects, selecting appropriate design approaches, and managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. As part of your application, you must submit at least three examples from your portfolio that best demonstrate your design and content layout skills—to include long-form and presentation design.
Responsibilities include:

Develop compelling layouts and graphics for digital and print collateral, maintaining a high standard of creativity and quality.

Utilize expertise in layout design to enhance the visual representation of proposals and presentations, particularly in response to construction RFPs (Request for Proposals).

Transform lengthy blocks of text into visually engaging and easy-to-understand content by incorporating graphics, images, and other visual elements.

Create infographics, illustrations, and other graphical elements to enhance the overall presentation of written content.
- Ensure consistency in design aesthetics, brand guidelines, and visual identity across all materials.

Leverage knowledge of the ACE (Architecture, Construction, Engineering) industry to bring a nuanced understanding to design projects.
Visual Content Coordinator Required Qualifications:

3+ Years of experience in graphic design or visual content creation.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).

1+ Years experience with creating long format templates in InDesign, ensuring consistency and efficiency in document production.
- Portfolio showcasing exceptional layout design skills and the ability to transform textual content into visually appealing designs.

Bachelor’s Degree – Business, Marketing, Graphic Design or similar or 8 years of equivalent experience and minimum 3 years prior relevant experience.
