Charter Senior Living is seeking a talented and versatile Visual Content Designer (Graphic Designer) to support our growing portfolio of senior living communities nationwide.

This role is ideal for a creative professional who thrives in a fast-paced marketing environment and enjoys designing across digital, social, and print platforms. You will play a key role in strengthening our brand presence while supporting both corporate and community-level marketing initiatives.

What You’ll Do

Digital & Social Design

• Design engaging creative for:

  • Social media (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Websites and landing pages

  • Email campaigns

  • Digital advertising

• Create platform-optimized social graphics aligned with current trends

• Support campaign concepting and visual storytelling

Print & Marketing Collateral

• Develop brochures, flyers, signage, ads, and sales materials

• Produce event and community marketing materials

• Prepare press-ready files for print production

• Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams

• Support community-level marketing needs nationwide

• Maintain and enforce Charter brand standards

• Manage multiple creative projects and deadlines

Qualifications

Required

• Associate’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• 3+ years professional graphic design experience

• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital and print work

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)

• Experience designing for social media platforms

• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and branding

• Excellent organization and time management skills

• Ability to accept feedback and collaborate effectively

Preferred

• Senior living or healthcare marketing experience

• Knowledge of digital marketing performance metrics

• Motion graphics or video editing experience

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and use standard computer equipment

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally

• Valid driver’s license required

• Ability to work a flexible schedule if needed
