Responsibilities:
- Create graphic design for ThirsTea's various beverages in terms to specials, promos, brand awareness for social media.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute design concepts.
- Use design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite and Photoshop to create and edit graphics
- Photo editing and retouching
- Support content management systems by uploading and organizing digital assets on to various social media platforms.
- Design and present mock-ups before finalizing.
- Typeset and layout design for various marketing materials
- Create signs, posters, banners, flyers, menu etc, including design creation and production coordination
- Create videos and editing as needed to post on FB, IG, Tiktok and You Tube. Responsible for mantaining all the ThirsTea's social media accounts, replying all Yelp and Google reviews.

Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in graphic design or a related field
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Familiarity with web design principles and best practices
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of video editing software.

This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in graphic design within a dynamic and collaborative team environment.

You will have the chance to work with various franchisee owners all accross the US, you will be creating their social media accounts and hand them over the access so that they can manage once their on-boarding is completed.
