What would you do? Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs Talent Development process Determine the most effective way to deliver learning content through media like classroom training, computer-based training, simulations, audio/video conferencing. Adapt content, resources or instructional plans as per needs of medium of delivery.
What are we looking for? • Development under supervision. • Ability to learn and upskill. • Report to Media Lead • Coordinate with internal Instructional Design team and Technology team for media assets development • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques. • Ability to conceptualize and execute original ideas. • Attention to details is a must. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software. • Should have basic knowledge of Generative AI • •• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and receive feedback. • Strong organizational skills. • Open to learning and adapting to new tools, techniques, and design trends. • Experience with web design, UX/UI principles, and motion graphics will be a plus.
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems • Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors • In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management • You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments • The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of others • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
