About Wholesale Monument
Wholesale Monument is a third-generation, family-run company dedicated to creating beautiful, lasting memorials that honor and celebrate life. We blend traditional craftsmanship with modern design tools to produce precise, meaningful work. Our team serves families and professional dealers with compassion, quality, and integrity.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who’s not only talented but genuinely enjoys being part of a team. The right person brings a positive attitude, communicates clearly, and takes pride in doing things well. You don’t have to know everything on day one — we value curiosity and a willingness to learn more than perfection.
Because this role works closely with company leadership, we’re looking for someone who’s personable, easy to work with, and takes their craft seriously without taking themselves too seriously. If you find joy in creating meaningful designs, collaborate well with others, and want to grow with a company that values both craftsmanship and character, you’ll fit right in.
Position Overview
This position blends creative design and storytelling. You’ll focus on hands-on graphic design for granite memorials while helping maintain a consistent, professional brand presence. Most of your time will be spent designing in CorelDRAW, with additional responsibilities that include keeping our branding cohesive, showcasing finished work, posting updates, and helping share the heart behind what we do.
Core Responsibilities
· Memorial & Production Design
· Create custom granite monument layouts in CorelDRAW that meet engraving standards and reflect each family’s vision.
· Collaborate with the sales team and customers to turn ideas and sketches into timeless, meaningful designs.
· Review proofs for accuracy, balance, and readability before client approval.
· Prepare clean, production-ready vector files for sandblasting and high-quality images for laser work.
· Operate the CNC stencil cutter to produce stencils from approved vector files.
· Marketing & Visual Content
· Edit and organize photos of completed monuments for use online and in print.
· Keep the website and social media current with project photos, updates, and stories that highlight our craftsmanship.
· Design clear, visually consistent flyers, emails, and web graphics that reflect our brand identity.
· Workflow & Collaboration
· Maintain organized design files, templates, and project archives for efficiency.
· Communicate proactively with sales and production to keep projects on schedule and to quality standards.
· Help move orders smoothly through proof → approval → production by tracking outstanding proofs and approvals and preparing stencils once approved.
Qualifications
· Proficiency in CorelDRAW (required).
· Experience creating vector artwork suitable for sandblasting or laser etching (preferred).
· Strong eye for layout, spacing, and typography.
· Basic familiarity with website editing (Shopify and Wix preferred).
· Comfortable with photo editing and social-media posting.
· Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
Benefits
· Competitive pay based on experience.
· Paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays.
· Company-matching 401(k).
· Supportive, family-oriented work environment.
· Opportunities for creative and professional growth.
