What would you do? The role of Creative Studio Visual Designer involves creating captivating layouts and visual elements to engage users across various digital channels. Develop innovative and engaging visual concepts for various digital platforms. 2. Translate client briefs and project requirements into visually appealing designs that align with brand identity and objectives 3. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.Communicate design concepts and ideas effectively and incorporating the requirements and the feedback into the design process 5. Create and optimize digital assets such as icons, illustrations, and infographics for use in various digital media 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and developers, to ensure design consistency and alignment with project goals. Identify design challenges and propose creative solutions that meet both user needs and project requirements. 8. Experience with web design, user interface (UI) design, and responsive design principles is a plus. 9. Stay abreast of emerging design trends, technologies, and best practices in visual design and digital media. 10. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
What are we looking for? QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED 1. Minimum Qualification of Graduate (12+3) and degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. 2. Experience with visualization tools and software for prototyping and motion graphics, 3. 4+ years’ experience as a visual designer, preferably in a digital agency or design studio.ESSENTIAL SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS 1. Contributes to the creation of visually engaging and user-centric designs that effectively communicate messages and achieve project objectives. 2. Possess strong technical skills Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, CorelDRAW 3. Excellent English verbal & written communication skills 4. Self-motivation and the ability to work under aggressive timeline is must 5. Ability to shift project priorities quickly & change in design direction •Autonomy in balancing day to day workload, priorities, and schedule is expected. 7. Flexibility to work in work shifts or shifts as required •DESIRED SKILLS 1. Possess outstanding attention to detail and can convey the core message of the task in hand 2. Consistently demonstrate professionalism and possess the knowledge of different technical visual formats 3. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other front-end web technologies is a plus •HIRING PROCESS OVERVIEW 1. After successful profile screening, you will be asked to submit a Design assessment that needs to be turned in within 3 working days from the date of assignment. 2. The assessment will be judged on parameters like, but not limited to: Originality, Creative representation, understanding of guidelines and utilization of the correct Fonts, candidate’s understanding of content reflecting in design outcome, attention to detail, interpretation of brief and the outcome, ability to ask the right questions and the time taken to complete the presentation. 3. Once shortlisted based on assessment, there will be one/two face to face (virtual/physical depending on policy and regulations that are applicable at the time) interview. During the interview you may also present the designs and rationale behind your design decisions.After interview concludes, a decision is taken based on all parameters including but not limited to performance in both assessment and interview, ability to fluently communicate and articulate ideas/concepts, potential date of joining etc. and is communicated back to the HR to process the candidature.
