What would you do? Art director Role Objective Candidate with 11–14 years of hands-on experience in static and animated content creation, combining strong strategic thinking with deep expertise in visual design, branding, and campaign execution, along with proven experience in leading teams and managing internal and external client stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities Ø Creative Execution & Visual Direction · Exhibit strategic thinking by converting insights, briefs, and business objectives into effective visual solutions, ensuring design decisions drive brand consistency and campaign success. · Define and maintain visual direction for campaigns, ensuring consistency across all creative outputs. · Develop mood boards, visual systems, layouts, and style guides aligned with brand guidelines. · Ensure storytelling and visual design work seamlessly across all touchpoints. Ø Design Leadership · Lead the visual design process for campaigns, digital content, social media, videos, presentations, and marketing collateral. · Set design standards and ensure high-quality execution across all deliverables. · Review, refine, and elevate design work to meet creative and business objectives. Ø Team Collaboration & Mentorship · Lead and mentor designers and motion artists, providing creative direction and hands-on feedback. · Collaborate closely with copywriters, designers, content strategists, and cross-functional teams to foster a collaborative and innovative design culture Ø Quality Control · Ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment across all creative outputs. · Maintain attention to detail across typography, color, layout, motion, and visual hierarchy. · Support continuous improvement through design reviews and feedback loops.
What are we looking for? Ø Stakeholder & Client Interaction · Act as a bridge between the client and team. · Work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to understand business requirements. · Present visual concepts and design rationales along with the clearly and confidently. · Incorporate feedback effectively while maintaining creative integrity and quality. · Develop and present well-structured PowerPoint decks to effectively communicate concepts and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders. •Ø Project Ownership & Delivery · Understand the requirements and able to lead and guide the team right from conceptualisation to execution · Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. · Coordinate with project managers and cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and scope. · Proactively identify design challenges and propose creative solutions. Ø Innovation & Trends · Stay updated on design trends, tools, and emerging technologies. · Introduce new visual styles, techniques, and tools to enhance creative output. · Experiment with new formats and platforms to keep content fresh and engaging. •Education · Graduate / Postgraduate in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field. •Good to Have · Knowledge of SEO-friendly design and content best practices. · Familiarity with digital ad formats across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn platforms. · Understanding of social media performance metrics and analytics. · Experience working in fast-paced, multi-brand or agency environments.
