Responsibilities

As a Graphic Designer at Airtribe, you'll be doing more than just initial stuff. You'll be:

Creating impactful visuals for social media, product launches, internal campaigns, and more

Designing brand collaterals, content creatives, and web graphics that elevate our voice

Working with our marketing and content teams to brainstorm, prototype, and execute ideas
-
Contributing to brand consistency and elevating the visual identity across platforms
-
Experimenting with formats like reels, motion graphics, and meme content if that's your vibe
-
Managing design timelines and delivering quick turnarounds without compromising quality
Requirements

We don't expect you to know everything, but we are looking for someone who:

Has a strong understanding of basic design principles (typography, color, layout).

Is proficient in tools like Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva (or similar).

Has an eye for detail, a love for clean design, and a curiosity to experiment.

Is proactive, owns their work, and enjoys working in a creative and collaborative environment.

Can take feedback and turn it into something even better.
Bonus Points If You
-
Have motion design/video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro).

Are active on social media and love tracking design trends.

Have worked on branding or content design projects before.
