Job Description:

Fairfest Media Ltd is India's leading B2B travel trade show organizer, hosting annual events in 9 cities across India under the brands TTF ( https://www.ttfotm.com/ ), OTM ( https://otm.co.in/ ), and BLTM ( https://bltm.co.in/ ).

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Visual Designer to join our team. As a Junior Visual Designer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling design experiences that effectively communicate our brand identity, enhance user engagement, and elevate our overall design aesthetic.

Responsibilities:

• Create visually engaging designs for digital and print materials.
• Develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity across various platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements and objectives.
• Design and produce brochures, pamphlets, and other promotional materials.
• Ensure that designs align with brand guidelines and convey the intended message effectively.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
• Create compelling graphics for various social media platforms.
• Stay updated on design trends and incorporate them into social media visuals.
• Work independently and collaboratively to execute design tasks within given timelines.
• Maintain organized files and assets, ensuring easy accessibility and efficient workflow.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 2 - 4 years of experience working a a Visual Designer or a related role.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with prototyping tools (Sketch, Figma, or similar).
• Experience in video editing is a plus.
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A well-curated portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
