Job Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and technically proficient Visual Designer to shape the aesthetic identity of our digital content, with a critical focus on leveraging Generative AI for rapid photo and video content creation.

The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of visual design principles, a strong artistic eye, and expert-level skills in Adobe Photoshop for refining, compositing, and elevating AI-generated assets into final, production-ready pieces. You will act as a Creative Director to AI models and a Master Retoucher in post-production.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in Visual Design, Graphic Design, or a similar creative role.

• Expert Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop — Must Have. Including advanced compositing, layer blending, non-destructive editing, and retouching techniques.

• Proficiency with AI Generation Tools — Must Have: Demonstrated practical experience with major text-to-image and text-to-video platforms (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E, RunwayML).

• Strong Foundation in Core Design Principles — Must Have: Expert knowledge of color theory, typography, composition, and layout.

• Portfolio required that demonstrates exceptional aesthetic judgment, composition skills, and a strong understanding of visual hierarchy.

• Familiarity with modern video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve) for basic editing and finishing of video assets.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines.

• Experience with Adobe Illustrator and InDesign for vector graphics and layout design — Good to Have.

• Familiarity with 3D modeling or motion graphics software (e.g., After Effects) — Good to Have.

• Experience designing for an AI/Tech-focused brand — Good to Have.

Responsibilities

• Prompt Engineering: Master the use of leading AI models to generate high-quality, on-brand photographic and video base assets from precise text prompts.

• Creative Direction: Define and drive the creative vision for all AI-generated content, ensuring the outputs align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

• Curation & Iteration: Rapidly generate and iterate on AI concepts, selecting the strongest outputs and directing the AI model through progressive prompting.

• Expert Photoshop Workflow: Utilize Adobe Photoshop for advanced retouching, color grading, compositing, and manipulation of AI-generated images to achieve a polished, hyper-realistic finish.

• Video Post-Production: Use standard video editing software to integrate AI-generated video clips, apply color correction, add motion graphics, and ensure seamless final video delivery.

• Asset Finalization: Prepare final visual assets for various channels (social media, web, paid advertising), ensuring correct aspect ratios, resolution, and file formats.

• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to translate creative briefs into engaging visual strategies.

• Maintain and evolve the visual design style guide, ensuring brand consistency across all AI-assisted and manually created materials.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in generative AI tools, design software features, and visual trends.
