We are looking for a Visual Designer who blends creativity, storytelling, and emotional intelligence to bring our brand stories to life. This role requires someone who can go beyond typical design — someone who can make people feel through visuals, motion, and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

● Create emotionally engaging videos, graphics, and visual stories for campaigns, social media, and brand marketing.

● Collaborate with the copywriter and content writer to visually enhance narratives and brand messages.

● Edit and produce UGC-style content, short-form videos (Reels, YouTube Shorts), and testimonial stories that feel authentic and relatable.

● Design creative assets for ads, social media posts, landing pages, brand videos, and campaigns.

● Conceptualize and execute visual storytelling ideas that build a deeper emotional connection with the audience.

● Ensure all visuals align with MrMed’s brand identity, tone, and storytelling framework.

● Continuously explore trends in UGC, motion graphics, and digital storytelling to keep the brand visually fresh and relevant.

● Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure all deliverables meet campaign objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field.

● 2–5 years of experience in graphic design and video editing, preferably in healthcare, D2C, or digital-first brands.

● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) or equivalent tools.

● Strong understanding of UGC content creation, visual trends, and social media aesthetics.

● Ability to transform written content into compelling visual experiences that evoke emotion and drive engagement.

● A natural sense of storytelling from concept to execution across video and graphic formats.

● Knowledge of aspect ratios, platform-specific video formats, and visual pacing for digital media.

● Excellent time management and attention to detail.

Good to Have

● Experience in healthcare or purpose-driven storytelling.

● Familiarity with motion design, typography animation, and visual scripting.

● Ability to conceptualize brand campaigns and digital narratives.

Understanding of psychology-driven marketing visuals (trust, empathy, hope, impact).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
