Visual Marketing and Content Specialist

Elevate MD is a premier functional and longevity-focused medical practice helping patients optimize their health through hormone therapy, cellular health, nutrition, and lifestyle medicine. Our approach is highly educational and rooted in delivering real results.

We are looking for a Visual Marketing & Content Specialist who understands how to turn great content into high-performing marketing assets.

Position Overview

This role sits at the intersection of marketing and design.

You will take provided copy and messaging and transform it into visually compelling assets that are designed to convert, educate, and drive patient engagement.

This is not just a design role. We are looking for someone who understands:

  • What makes a lead magnet effective
  • How to structure content for readability and conversion
  • How visual design influences engagement and action

Responsibilities

  • Create Canva-based marketing assets, including:
  • Lead magnets designed to capture and convert leads
  • Ebooks and downloadable guides
  • Patient education materials that support the sales process
  • Translate messaging into layouts that are clear, engaging, and conversion-focused
  • Optimize content flow, hierarchy, and calls to action within materials
  • Ensure all materials align with Elevate MD’s brand and positioning
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine messaging and performance
  • Prepare files for both digital distribution and print use
  • Organize and maintain templates to scale marketing efforts

Required Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Canva
  • Experience creating marketing-driven assets, not just visual design
  • Demonstrated understanding of:
  • Lead magnets
  • Conversion-focused layouts
  • Calls to action and content flow
  • Ability to think beyond design and contribute to how content performs
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to execute quickly

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in marketing, communications, or digital marketing
  • Experience in healthcare, wellness, or high-end/luxury brands
  • Familiarity with customer journeys, funnels, or patient acquisition strategies
  • Print design experience is a plus

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
