Visual Merchandiser

Job Title: Visual MerchandiserJob Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to design and implement visually compelling displays that enhance the shopping experience and drive sales. You will be responsible for creating engaging in-store displays, window installations, and floor layouts that align with brand identity and seasonal trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement appealing visual displays for store windows, interiors, and promotional setups.
• Collaborate with marketing, buying, and store teams to execute merchandising strategies.
• Arrange products in a way that highlights key items and encourages customer engagement.
• Ensure store layout and product presentation are aligned with brand standards and guidelines.
• Rotate displays regularly to maintain freshness and support product turnover.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stock teams to maintain visual appeal.
• Analyze store performance and customer feedback to refine visual merchandising strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends, seasonal themes, and competitor merchandising techniques.
• Provide training and guidance to in-store teams on visual standards and display maintenance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a visual merchandiser or similar role in retail or fashion.
• Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and retail trends.
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and spatial awareness.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to travel to multiple store locations if required.
