Visual Merchandiser

Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to design and maintain attractive displays for plants, pods, terrariums, and seasonal collections. You will be responsible for planning layouts, refreshing displays, collaborating with the team on product placement, and ensuring the store reflects aesthetics while creating an engaging customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Design and execute visually appealing displays for products and collections

Plan and maintain store layouts to enhance customer flow and experience

Collaborate with the team on product placement, promotions, and events

Refresh displays regularly to align with trends and seasonal themes

Maintain consistent visual merchandising standards across the store

Requirements:

Degree or diploma in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, or related field

Proven experience in retail visual merchandising or design-focused roles

Strong creative sense with an eye for detail, color, and layout

Ability to translate brand identity into engaging in-store experiences

Proactive, organized, and collaborative personality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
