Visual Merchandiser Coordinator (Xbeauty)

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing supply chain strategies that align with company goals and market demands.
• Support execution of visual merchandising standards across all stores.
• Assist in setup of displays, product presentations, and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate with store teams and ensure implementation aligns with brand guidelines.
• Assist in store openings and campaign installations.
• Help manage VM props inventory, organization, and usage.
• Support in preparing photo reports, prop management, and supplier coordination.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in visual merchandising in retail coordination preferably in BEAUTY
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
