We are looking for a Merchandising Assistant to join our team and help drive sales, manage inventory, and collaborate with key stakeholders. Qualifications & Skills:

• Must have an own car.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to take initiative and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong coordination skills to complete special assignments and projects.
• Experience in stock and sales management.
• Energetic, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain inventory by restocking shelves, monitoring stock levels, prompting store management for reorders, and managing returns and credits for damaged products. 2. Monitor the critical path to ensure timely product delivery.

3. Collaborate with internal and external teams (marketing, PR, distribution, suppliers, supply chain, sales, design teams, and customers) to meet business KPIs and customer needs.

4. Contribute to improving merchandising processes by adapting to industry trends and innovative sales strategies.

5. Address and resolve inquiries from suppliers, designers, packagers, and customers regarding products, processes, and services.

6. Manage suppliers and key stakeholders (distribution, warehouses, stores, and online platforms) to maintain optimal stock levels.

7. Place and manage product orders according to agreed volume and specifications. 8. Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improving sales and profit performance.

9. Generate and maintain weekly trading analysis reports.

10. Provide administrative support for merchandise purchasing and inventory management.

11. Monitor inventory and allocate appropriate stock models.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
