Sales Assistance Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistance Manager to support our sales team in driving growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring smooth execution of sales operations within the Food & Beverages sector. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a passion for customer service, and a proven ability to coordinate between departments to achieve sales objectives.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Support daily sales operations, including order processing, inventory coordination, and client communication.
• Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts to support decision-making.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and distribution teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies to support sales planning.
• Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and promotional materials.
• Train, guide, and support junior sales staff in achieving their targets.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to represent the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales support, preferably in the Food & Beverages industry.
• Strong knowledge of sales processes, customer relationship management, and distribution channels.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
