Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to improve the visual presentation of our store. The ideal candidate will ensure attractive product displays that enhance customer experience and support sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain attractive product displays and store layouts
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are followed at all times
• Arrange window displays according to seasons, promotions, and campaigns
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for promotions
• Monitor stock levels and ensure proper product placement
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of displays
• Implement brand guidelines consistently across the store

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or similar role
• Good creativity and sense of design
• Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
