Job Title: Visual Merchandiser – Apparel Retail

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to join our apparel retail brand in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of fashion aesthetics, brand presentation, and experience in creating visually appealing store displays that drive customer engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute attractive visual displays and layouts as per brand guidelines.
• Ensure all windows, mannequins, and in-store displays reflect the latest trends and promotions.
• Collaborate with the store and marketing team to maintain consistency in visual presentation.
• Monitor product rotation, display maintenance, and store ambience.
• Analyze customer feedback and sales data to optimize display effectiveness.
• Train store staff on visual merchandising standards and display maintenance.
• Stay updated on fashion trends, competitor displays, and new merchandising techniques.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Visual Merchandiser in apparel/fashion retail.
• Strong understanding of color, styling, lighting, and product presentation.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and aesthetics.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic design tools (preferred).

Qualification:

Graduate / Diploma in Fashion Designing, Visual Merchandising, or related field

Salary: As per industry standards / based on experience
