ARE HIRING Freelance Visual Merchandiser (Beauty & Salon Industry)

Grand Flora Group is looking for a creative and market-savvy Freelance Visual Merchandiser to elevate the customer experience across our salon branches.

Key Responsibilities:

Design attractive in-store displays and promotional setups. Enhance retail product presentation and sales visibility. Ensure brand consistency across all salon locations. Analyze customer behavior and recommend merchandising improvements. Coordinate seasonal campaigns, promotions, and product launches. Conduct regular branch visits and provide improvement reports.

Requirements:

Proven experience in Visual Merchandising, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, salons, fashion, or retail. Strong understanding of customer journey and retail psychology. Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail. Knowledge of current beauty and retail market trends. Ability to work independently on a project/freelance basis.

Contract Duration: 6 Months (Freelance Contract) can be extended

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
