Visual Merchandiser (Fahion Retail)

Responsibilities

• Execute VM guidelines and display standards in stores accurately and on time
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure VM consistency and quality
• Implement window displays, in-store focal points, and promotional setups
• Train and guide store staff on VM standards and daily maintenance
• Identify execution challenges and provide feedback to the VM design team
• Support new store openings, refurbishments, and major campaigns
• Prepare VM visit reports with photos and improvement notes

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in designing or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in VM execution or retail store display
• Strong attention to detail and hands-on execution capability
• Willingness to travel frequently between stores
• Good communication skills and ability to work closely with store teams
• Basic understanding of VM principles and commercial objectives
• Multi-store or chain retail experience is preferred
