Visual Merchandiser – Retail Stores

Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to enhance the in-store customer experience and drive sales through effective visual presentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, trends, and layout, with hands-on experience in retail merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement visual merchandising strategies across retail stores
• Ensure store displays align with brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns
• Create eye-catching window displays, mannequins, and in-store layouts
• Coordinate with store teams to maintain visual standards
• Monitor stock levels and rotate merchandise to maximize sales
• Analyze customer behavior and sales trends to improve visual impact
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and consistency of store displays
• Conduct regular store visits and provide visual merchandising reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Fashion, Design, Visual Merchandising, or related field
• Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in retail visual merchandising
• Strong creativity with attention to detail
• Good understanding of fashion trends and customer behavior
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Willingness to travel between stores
• Strong communication and coordination skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
