Conceptualize and execute visually stunning store layouts and window displays that align with brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns, maximizing product presentation.
Develop and implement creative visual merchandising strategies to enhance the customer shopping experience and drive sales performance.
Collaborate with marketing and buying teams to ensure visual merchandising strategies support overall marketing objectives and product launches.
Manage and maintain all visual merchandising elements, including mannequins, props, and lighting, ensuring they are impeccably presented and in optimal condition.
Oversee the installation and dismantling of displays, ensuring timely execution and adherence to budget constraints.
Conduct regular store walks and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize visual merchandising effectiveness.
Train and mentor junior visual merchandisers or store staff on visual merchandising principles and best practices.
Source and manage relationships with external vendors, such as display suppliers and prop makers, to ensure high-quality execution.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging visual merchandising techniques.
Possess a valid UAE driving license and be able to travel to different store locations to execute visual merchandising plans.
