Responsibilities
- Develop overall VM strategy and visual standards aligned with brand identity
- Create seasonal and campaign-based VM concepts (themes, color stories, display logic)
- Design and deliver VM guidelines, lookbooks, and planograms for all stores
- Collaborate closely with Merchandising, Marketing, and Operations teams to support sales objectives
- Lead VM concepts for key campaigns, new launches, and festive promotions
- Review store feedback and sales performance to optimize VM designs
- Provide professional guidance and support to VM execution teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in Visual Merchandising or related design roles
- Strong aesthetic sense with solid understanding of commercial visual display
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
- Ability to manage projects from concept development to final execution guidelines
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience managing VM across multiple stores or regions is a plus
