Visual Merchandising Specialist

Qualifications

• At least with two (2) years of visual merchandising experience in fashion, footwear, or retail
• With background and experience in Fashion Retail Visual Merchandising that covers VM ideas/concept, décor, VM production, styling, merchandise presentation, promotional display
• Have a good taste in fashion, creative art & updated with trend
• Able to work under pressure and a good team player
• Strong willingness to learn and develop in retail industry
• Creative and Innovative thinker

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement seasonal VM strategies aligned with marketing campaigns and product launches.
• Coordinate with a team of VM Specialist, VM Supervisor & Store Managers to execute plans effectively.
• Design in-store displays, window installations, and floor layouts to maximize product visibility and conversion.
• Installing and setting up window displays, walkways, counters, and in-store displays.
• Analyze sales trends and footfall data to adjust VM approaches for better performance.
• Conduct regular store visits.
• Changing displays to promote new product launches or to reflect festive or seasonal themes.
• Assist in sourcing the materials, props, and display equipment.
• Ensure in maintaining the store layout standard and light positioning.
