Role Overview

Revalsys Technologies is seeking a creative and strategic Visual Storyteller to translate our complex software solutions into compelling visual narratives. This is not just a marketing role; it is a design-centric position where you will be responsible for "humanizing" our technology. You will create high-impact presentations, digital collaterals, and marketing assets that capture attention and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Presentation Architecture: Design and develop high-stakes PowerPoint presentations for sales pitches, product demos, and executive meetings, ensuring a logical narrative flow and premium visual appeal.
• Collateral Design: Create and curate visually stunning marketing materials, including product brochures, flyers, and infographics using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.
• Content Synthesis: Study technical software products and translate complex features into easy-to-understand "benefit-driven" stories for users.
• AI-Enhanced Creation: Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, etc.) to accelerate content drafting, image generation, and creative brainstorming.
• Brand Stewardship: Ensure all visual and written content—across social media, blogs, and internal decks—aligns perfectly with the company’s brand voice and visual identity.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Sales and Tech teams to identify "customer pain points" and build customized visual assets that address them.
• Campaign Management: Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, coordinating with internal teams to track and report on campaign success.

The Ideal Candidate Profile

• A Portfolio is Must: You should have a portfolio showcasing professional slide decks, flyers, or social media campaigns.
• Master of Layout: You have a deep understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and how to use white space to make information readable.
• Tech-Savvy: You aren't afraid of software products; you can quickly learn how a platform works and explain it to others.
• AI Pioneer: You are proficient in using AI content generation tools to improve both the speed and quality of your work.
• Communication Pro: Excellent command of English (written and verbal) is essential for writing compelling copy and presenting ideas.

Technical Skills Required

• Advanced Proficiency: Microsoft PowerPoint (Master slides, animations, data visualization).
• Design Tools: Canva, MS Office, and basic image/video editing tools.
• Digital Marketing: Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and social media publishing.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple "storytelling" projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,300.87 - ₹67,391.60 per month
